Midwest Truck and Auto Parts Inc. through it’s World American Parts Export Division, is pleased to announce the acquisition of TICUSA, LLC, an export company headquartered in Miami, Florida. TICUSA supplies midrange and heavy duty transmission, axle assemblies and components to the Latin American drivetrain aftermarket.

TICUSA’s founder Victor Fleischman, will remain with Midwest as the president of Midwest’s Latin American sales and distribution operation. Rick Linville will continue to lead Midwest’s export department throughout the rest of the world.

This acquisition provides Midwest with over 200,000 square feet of warehouse space as it also has a distribution center in Ontario California and now Miami Florida… a total of three shipping points to meet the demands of the global market.
