Midwest Truck and Auto Parts, Inc. is pleased to announce that on May 6, 2004 Midwest and Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems, LLC reached a settlement of their patent/trademark infringement case. The lawsuit has now been dismissed.

As a result of the dismissal, Midwest, through it's World American Parts division will be releasing its new brake, steering and suspension catalog with all new product updates in July 2004.
